The Agent of Health Organization

The Agent of Health Organization is an NGO that were discovered in May 2015 to help people in rural areas that lives far from public clinics. The Agent of Health Organization is responsible in doing check ups and delivering medicines for Adults, disabled people and those who are suffering from HIV and AIDS. The Agent of Health Organization realized that there is misinformation going around in the communities based on the COVID-19. They said COVID-19 was made in a Lab in China with the intention of reducing the population growth and they said there is nothing that can prevent them from getting it.

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. It affects people in different ways, most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without being hospitalized. It has most common symptoms; fever, dry cough and tiredness, and less common symptoms; sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell. There are misinformation circulating such as COVID-19 was created with the intention of reducing\decreasing population in our country, and that mask s do not protect people from the coronavirus. These fake news make other people to live with fear of which it is not good for their health, they also made an increase of the number of people who are infected by this covid-19 because many people refuse to wear masks believing that it is not helping. The truth is that the virus that causes COVID-19 very likely occurred in nature and was not engineered because scientists confirm that if it were engineered there would be evidence of the original genetic code in covid-19’s DNA as well as any additions. Masks have long been known to be effective means of preventing a sick patient from spreading a disease to others. It has been widely established that people can be infected with and spread COVID-19 without ever developing symptoms, which is why everyone should wear a mask to prevent asymptomatic people from spreading the virus.

In conclusion, People must stop spreading fake news/misinformation because it creates confusion to other people especially our grandmothers and grandfathers and to those who live in rural areas who doesn’t have electricity in their area because they do not have television to watch news. People must also learn to verify the information to the reliable sources before spreading it, and also people must always wear masks, sanitize their hands and maintain social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19

    1. the pandemic has been devastating and having people who spread rumors about the vaccine and the virus itself it gives people especially the old ones anxiety. More stress because some already lost jobs and family members, having the NGO helping with healthcare services and delivering medication helps calm the chancing of people catching the virus
